Installation Instructions
Follow the steps below. It usually takes less than 10 minutes for you to begin dialing.

Run the Setup File
Double click the setup file you have downloaded. Click the "Next" button in the window of the installation program until you navigate to the last page.

Configure VoIP Settings
Once the installation is finished, please start Ecsow Auto Dialer / Voice Broadcast / Predictive Dialer and go to the Ecsow menu "Tools" > "Options" > "SIP Account" tab to configure your VoIP settings.

Set Country Code & Import Contacts
Configure your country code and import your CSV contacts file to start your dialing campaign! Learn more about country code settings.
